Registration Fee Scholarship

Deadline: Application must be received by noon, February 4, 2010.

The scholarship funds, made available to North Dakota residents/employees through the State Office of Rural Health (SORH) grant program, funded by HRSA, Office of Rural Health Policy, will cover the registration fee; hotel/travel costs are not covered. Preference will be given to North Dakota applicants who have not previously attended the conference. Please complete the 2010 Registration Fee Scholarship form to submit your application.
