Urgent! In order to bring the HIT Regional Extension Center to Minnesota and North Dakota, we need primary care clinics to sign a letter of support. This letter indicates that you support having a regional extension center in Minnesota and North Dakota, and that you will consider using the services as it make sense to help you achieve meaningful use.
Please, complete the attached letter and fax to Chere Wood, 952.853.8503, no later than Thursday, October 29.
Help us make sure that we have the needed resources to support providers in Minnesota and North Dakota in achieving Meaningful Use and receiving the maximum incentive payment.
