Evaluation of Blue Cross/Blue Shield Rural Health Grant Projects

The purpose of this project is to work with the (Year 4 & 5) Blue Cross/Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) Rural Health grantees to evaluate their grant projects. The information gathered by the grantees, with technical assistance provided by the Center for Rural Health, will provide BCBSND grant administrators with grantees’ perceptions of improvements in quality of care.
