The Carol M. White program state funded from the Department of Education overseen by the Northwest Council of Collaboratives., a state funded program that is designed to initiate, expand, or improve physical education programs, including after-school programs, for students in one or more grades from kindergarten through 12th grade in order to help students make progress toward meeting state standards for physical education. Evaluation of the after School recreation program is being conducted in 18 Northwestern Minnesota school districts.
