Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Certified Nurse Midwives must be... enrolled in or graduated from an accredited training program in this state or may be a North Dakota resident enrolled in or graduated from an accredited program in another state or Canada.
Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Certified Nurse Practitioners must be... licensed to practice in North Dakota and must agree to practice two years in a selected area.
Eligible Communities....
Community must be... located in a HPSA, or have a population of 15,000 or less.
Must be willing to accept Medicare & Medicaid assignments and provide a two year provider contract in the community.
Repayment Requirements....
Providers must... agree to provide primary care services in eligible communities for a minimum of two years.
Receive up to $30,000 to help repay your educational loans.
