Rural Health Recruitment Services

The mission of the Center for Rural Health is to connect resources and knowledge to strengthen the health of people in rural communities. One important set of activities is to assist rural communities in their efforts to recruit and retain health care personnel. Recruitment services have been provided by the Center Rural Health to rural communities across the state for over 20 years. Through federal grant programs, the Center for Rural Health provides no-cost community assistance to help recruit and retain providers. The Center for Rural Health refers candidates to clinics and hospitals, who in turn follow up with the candidate.
