This project is now closed, but still contains relavant information about the uninsured in North Dakota. The overall purpose of the State Planning Grant project was to study the uninsured population in North Dakota. Information gathered by the Center for Rural Health was used by a Governor appointed Health Insurance Advisory Committee to devise strategies for coverage options and identify ways to strengthen current public health insurance coverage plans.
