National Rural Health Day

The third Thursday in November has been set aside to highlight rural communities as wonderful places to live and work, increase awareness of rural health-related issues, and promote the efforts of State Offices of Rural Health and the National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health in addressing these issues.

The Center for Rural Health invites you to join us in promoting rural health in North Dakota on National Rural Health Day, November 20, 2014! We encourage your organization to participate, be creative, and use the provided resources. To be a supporter of National Rural Health Day, please complete the form below and send it to by September 1. By completing this form you will be included as a supporter in the letter to the Governor and listed on the Center for Rural Health website.
