The North Dakota State Office of Rural Health (SORH) program is a federal-state partnership to help rural communities build their health care services through public and private partnerships and initiatives in rural health development.

Goals

To collect and disseminate information.
To coordinate rural health resources and activities.
To provide technical assistance to rural communities and organizations.
To improve recruitment and retention of health professionals.
To participate in strengthening state, local, and federal partnerships.
