Brian Barclay, BA
Brian Barclay is a Web Database Specialist for the Center for Rural Health and the Rural Assistance Center. He helps design, develop, and maintain web sites for the Center for Rural Health, Rural Assistance Center, Delta Resource Project, USA-Mexico Border Health, and the Upper Midwest Rural Health Research Center.
Mr. Barclay joined the Center for Rural Health in January of 2008 coming over from UND's Division of Continuing Education where he was an Online Educational Media Developer. He has worked for 5 years on campus creating web pages, dynamic web content, flash, and multimedia productions. Mr. Barclay is constantly pursuing new technologies and looking for ways to improve user satisfaction.
Mr. Barclay received a BA in Graphic Design from the University of North Dakota in 2006.
Established in 1980, the Center for Rural Health is one of the nation's most experienced rural health organizations. It has developed a full complement of programs to assist researchers, educators, policymakers, health care providers and, most importantly, rural residents to address changing rural environments by identifying and researching rural health issues, analyzing health policy, strengthening local capabilities, developing community-based alternatives, and advocating for rural concerns.
