Text, Talk, Act: Children's Mental Health Awareness Day Youth Networking Guide
Through the month of May, teens can text the American Psychological Association at 89800 to engage in an activity around mental health. Teens will learn how to take care of their mental health, especially in light of challenges related to COVID-19, and how to reach out to their parents/guardians to start conversations around mental health.
