Jody Ward, RN, BSN
Jody Ward is the Network Coordinator for the Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Quality Improvement Network at the Center for Rural Health, University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She works from Minot, ND.
Ward coordinates the activities of the North Dakota Critical Access Hospital Quality Improvement Network. She works directly with small rural communities providing technical assistance related patient safety and quality improvement initiatives to rural hospitals. She serves as a liaison to statewide stakeholders, facilitating the exchange of information and network development.
Ward’s past professional work experience includes Health Care Quality Improvement Project Coordinator for North Dakota Health Care Review, Inc. (NDHCRI). While at NDHCRI she participated in the development and implementation of quality improvement projects and provided technical support for all hospitals in North Dakota. She once worked as an ICU nurse at UNIMed Medical Center, Minot, ND.
She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree at Minot State University.
