Joely Lee
Joely Lee is the administrative secretary for the Rural Assistance Center, Health Workforce Information Center, and VA Office of Rural Health Policy and Planning Group. In her position, she maintains directory databases, coordinates meetings and conference calls, arranges travel, proofreads documents, assists in preparation of conferences and workshops and performs other secretarial duties.
Prior to joining the Center for Rural Health, Lee spent 10 years in the private sector working for a national staffing agency. Lee received her Associate in Arts degree in 1999 from the North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, ND.
Established in 1980, the Center for Rural Health is one of the nation's most experienced rural health organizations. It has developed a full complement of programs to assist researchers, educators, policymakers, health care providers and, most importantly, rural residents to address changing rural environments by identifying and researching rural health issues, analyzing health policy, strengthening local capabilities, developing community-based alternatives, and advocating for rural concerns.
