Sponsorship Levels:

Exhibitor = $300

  • Standard benefits plus:

Bronze = $450

  • Standard benefits plus:
  • Two complimentary registrations for display representatives (includes all meals)
  • Organization name prominently displayed on a projection screen before all keynote speaker sessions.

Silver* = $600 (Break Sponsor)

  • All Bronze level benefits plus:
  • Recognition as a co-sponsor of a break
  • Organization name and logo to appear on conference web site

Gold* = $800 (Breakfast Sponsor)

  • All Bronze level benefits plus:

These items are separate from the above levels and do not come with a booth.  You may choose to sponsor any of the items below in addition to sponsoring at a selected level (above) or to just sponsor an item below. Sponsors of the items below will be noted in the conference program and on the item or at the event they are sponsoring.

  • Conference Totes/Bags Sponsor = $1,500
    your logo will appear on all of the totes/bags; only one sponsorship opening available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Name Tag/Lanyard Sponsor = $900
    your logo will appear on the lanyard; only one sponsorship opening available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Awards Banquet Sponsor = $2,000
  • Opening Reception Sponsor = $1,000
  • Signage/Poster Sponsor = $200

Additional Information

  • Exhibit Days:
    Exhibits and poster presentations will be on display Tuesday, April 13 and Wednesday, April 14.
  • Confirmations:
    The contact representative listed on the registration form will receive an electronic confirmation/receipt and a schedule of exhibit hours after the registration is processed.
  • Cancellations and Substitutions:
    All levels of exhibitor and sponsorships are nonrefundable. Substitutions may be accommodated before March 19, 2010.
  • The Participants:
    Dakota Conference has served as an interdisciplinary forum for more than 20 years. Attracting about 300 professionals annually, the conference provides an opportunity to share strategies for building and sustaining healthy communities in North Dakota.
  • The Format:
    The Dakota Conference includes pre-conference workshops, keynote speakers, a variety of breakout sessions, poster presentations, evening workshops and an awards banquet.
