Elaina Seep, MLS - Bio Sketch

Elaina Seep is a policy specialist and senior project coordinator with the Center for Rural Health (CRH) at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences in Grand Forks.

Elaina's responsibilities include analyzing and reviewing policy, as well as other project management activities, for the Resource Center on Native Aging and Disability. Before joining CRH, Elaina worked as the CEO of Aniwahya Consulting Services.

Originally from Carterville, Illinois, Elaina earned her bachelor's degree in history from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and her master's degree in Indigenous law and policy from the University of Oklahoma. She also holds a certification in project management, is a member of the Tribal Technical Advisory Group Long-Term Services and Supports Workgroup and is a co-author of Wisconsin Healthcare Utilization Cost Among American Indians/Alaska Natives with and without Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias.
