Nicole Crouch, MS, RD - Bio Sketch

Nicole Crouch is a project coordinator with the Center for Rural Health (CRH) at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences in Grand Forks.

Nicole's responsibilities include coordinating sessions for Project ECHO, facilitating Zoom sessions, securing presenters, and ensuring continuing medical education credits are available for session attendees. Before joining CRH, Nicole was the director of Dining Services at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota and the director of Head Start in Fargo.

Originally from Hope, North Dakota, Nicole earned a bachelor of arts degree from Concordia College in food and nutrition and a master of science degree at Eastern Illinois University in family and consumer sciences. Nicole is also a registered dietitian.
