Senior Outreach Coordinator
Per Ostmo is a senior outreach coordinator with the Center for Rural Health (CRH) at the University of North Dakota (UND) School of Medicine & Health Sciences in Grand Forks.
Per serves as the principal investigator of the Rural Health Research Gateway, a program which disseminates rural health research conducted by the Rural Health Research Centers, funded by the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy. His responsibilities are in service of knowledge translation of critical rural health issues and include social media management, web review, exhibiting at health events, presenting at regional and national conferences, hosting webinars, and writing recaps of timely and relevant rural health research.
Originally from Wahpeton, North Dakota, Per earned a bachelor's degree in political science from UND and a Master of Public Administration degree from UND. Prior to coming to CRH, he was an English as a Second Language instructor for Gloria English Schools in Taiwan.
