Shelly Davis, MPA, MPH - Bio Sketch

Shelly Davis is a research coordinator with the Center for Rural Health (CRH) at the University of North Dakota (UND) School of Medicine & Health Sciences in Grand Forks.

Shelly works with the National Resource Center on Native American Aging, the Native Aging in Place Project, the Resource Center on Native Aging and Disability, and the Native Urban Elder Needs Assessment Survey. Her duties in this role include coordinating research activities, ensuring compliance with research protocols, conducting data analysis, and addressing other research coordination tasks. Before joining CRH, Shelly served as a coalition health director for the Foundation for a Healthy North Dakota and was a health systems specialist and administrative officer at the Fargo VA Health Care System.

Originally from Belcourt, North Dakota, Shelly earned a bachelor's and master's degree in public administration with a concentration in health administration from UND. She also earned a master's degree in public health with an emphasis in American Indian public health from the North Dakota State University.
