Deadline Extension: North Dakota CAH Subcontract Program CHNA Implementation Activity

The Center for Rural Health has extended the deadline for the North Dakota Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Subcontract Program regarding Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Implementation Activity. The State Office of Rural Health has three awards of up to $5,000 each available.
