Deadline Extended: North Dakota Critical Access Hospital Subcontract Program

The Center for Rural Health has extended the grant application deadline for the North Dakota Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Subcontract Program. CAHs can now submit grant applications for the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Implementation Activity.

The CHNA Implementation Activity has four awards of up to $2,500 available.
