Now Accepting North Dakota Flex Program Critical Access Hospital Grant Applications

The Center for Rural Health is accepting North Dakota Critical Access Hospital (CAH) grant applications for the CAH Subcontract Program. Two areas of focus can be addressed through this initiative:

  • CAH Financial/Operational Improvement Area of Choice
  • Community Health Needs Assessment Implementation Activity

Application Information

Visit the funding program page for templates and guidance on how to submit your applications. The deadline for submission is January 9, 2025.

A CAH may submit more than one application; however, each CAH may only have one active subcontract for each area of focus.

Technical Assistance Call

A technical assistance meeting will be held over Zoom on December 19 at 2:00 pm Central. If you are unable to join, you may set up an individual call.
