Seneca Riggins is a senior communications and marketing specialist with the Center for Rural Health (CRH) at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences in Grand Forks.

Seneca's responsibilities include providing communications, design, and project management for the Wyoming Maternal Health Project. Before joining CRH, Seneca worked for the University of Wyoming in communications and marketing, and for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming as a communications and marketing specialist.

Originally from Cheyenne, Wyoming, Seneca earned a bachelor's degree in journalism and master's degree in communications from the University of Wyoming.
