Funding Opportunity: Rural Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Planning and Development

Feb 6, 2025

The Federal Office of Rural Health Policy has announced a new program funding opportunity named the Rural Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Planning and Development grant. Up to four awards of up to $500,000 per year will be made to provide resources to assist with the development of an initial Centers for Medicare and Medicaid PACE program.

The goal of the newly developed opportunity is to improve access to, and delivery of, comprehensive and sustainable medical and social services for adults aged 55 and older, living in rural areas. Eligible applicants include all domestic public and private, nonprofit, or for-profit, entities with demonstrated experience serving, or the capacity to serve, rural underserved populations.

How to Apply

Applications are now being accepted through Grants.gov. The closing date for applications is April 17.

The Center for Rural Health is available to provide feedback on prepared applications from North Dakota entities prior to submission in Grants.gov. Please reach out to State Office of Rural Health Grant Program Director Nicole Threadgold with your request no later than April 4, in order to allow time for review and feedback.
