When scheduling your loan, we suggest you have a local health professional ("Ambassador") visit your classroom along with this activity, to share with your students about his/her career in science.

By borrowing any of the teaching tools available, you agree:

To return these items to the Center for Rural Health by the due date.
To return these items to the Center for Rural Health in the same condition in which they were received or pay any fees as outlined in the terms.
That you understand you are responsible for any costs for shipping these items back to the Center for Rural Health.
