The Center for Rural Health (CRH) is pleased to sponsor attendance to the 2024 3RNET Academy. There is no limit to the number of attendees per facility, so please share with any or all recruitment professionals who may benefit from this information.
This is an annual offering by the nation's leading resource for rural recruitment and retention best practices.
About the Academy
This year's Academy will feature six 90-minute sessions which you can view live or on-demand. It will also explore the recruiting for retention guiding principles and identify retention best practices that foster a positive culture and keep your staff engaged, satisfied, and fulfilled at your healthcare organization.
Stacy Kusler, workforce specialist at CRH, is currently president of the board of directors for 3RNET.
"Knowing that many individuals who are working in the recruitment and retention space also have other duties within the organization," said Kusler, "this provides an opportunity for learning about best practices in an easy-to-understand way. The information shared during this academy can be implemented right away within organizations to work towards filling those hard-to-fill openings."
