Native Elder Needs Assessment Surveys are Available

The National Resource Center on Native American Aging (NRCNAA) has needs assessment surveys available for the Identifying Our Needs: A Survey of Elders, Cycle IX. These surveys gather information on the health and social needs of your Elders to help with tribal planning, long-term care discussions, and grant applications. View this needs assessment guide to learn more.

The surveys and other materials, which includes a how to get started guide, an interviewing Elders guide, a verbal consent form, and a fillable Title VI resolution document are NOW ready to be mailed out.
