Sponsor a Student for Scrubs Academy I and II

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a student(s) to attend the Rural Collaborative Opportunities for Occupational Learning in Health (R-COOL-Health) Scrubs Academy I and II.

Scrubs Academy I

Scrubs Academy I is open to North Dakota students who have completed grades 6-8 and will take place June 17-20, 2024, in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The registration fee for each attendee is $275. You can select whom your scholarship is awarded to in a number of ways:

  • Send us the name(s) of the student(s) that you are supporting
  • We can send you a list of the students from your designated area (indicate "your service areas" on the form) that have been accepted and you can tell us which one(s) you will be funding
  • We can select the student for you based on financial need, either from the entire list of students or from your designated service area
  • You may provide partial scholarships, in $100 or $275 increments, to one or more students

The deadline to submit a sponsorship is February 15, 2024.

Scrubs Academy II

Scrubs Academy II is open to North Dakota students who have completed grades 9-11 and will take place July 29 - August 1, 2024, in Devils Lake, North Dakota. The registration fee for each attendee is $350. You can select whom your scholarship is awarded to in a number of ways:

  • Send us the name(s) of the student(s) that you are supporting
  • We can send you a list of the students from your designated area (indicate "your service areas" on the form) that have been accepted and you can tell us which one(s) you will be funding
  • We can select the student for you based on financial need, either from the entire list of students or from your designated service area
  • You may provide partial scholarships, in $100, $175, or $350 increments, to one or more students
