This report presents results of an evaluation on the North Dakota School-based Sealant Program (SEAL!ND). The evaluation team at the Center for Rural Health surveyed participating schools, interviewed SEAL!ND team members and additional stakeholders, and reviewed all available student data collected at the time of the dental screenings.

This brief reports the reach of the North Dakota Department of Health Oral Health Program's school-based sealant program (SEAL!ND). During the 2019-2020 school year, SEAL!ND provided preventive dental care to students in 80 schools throughout North Dakota.
