Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships

The Health and Human Services (HHS) Center for Faith is the department's liaison to faith-based entities, community organizations, and houses of worship. The HHS Center for Faith does not administer grants from their office; however, they can provide resources to connect faith-based and community organizations to grant information. Without resources, these organizations would not be able to provide those you serve with the goods, care, and services they may need.
