Sponsor a Scrubs Academy II Student

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a student(s) to attend the R-COOL-Health Scrubs Academy II. Without your generosity, many students would not be able to attend the academy.

To provide sponsorship, you must complete the sponsor form.

The registration fee for each attendee is $350. Full and partial sponsorships are accepted.

You can select whom your scholarship is awarded to in a number of ways:

• By student(s) name
• By service area(s)
• By school(s)
• By emailing the project coordinator, McKenzi Sapaugh, at mckenzi.sapaugh@UND.edu, to discuss further
