Sponsor a Scrubs Academy II Student

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a student(s) to attend the R-COOL-Health Scrubs Academy II. The registration fee for each attendee is $350. You can select whom your scholarship is awarded to in a number of ways:

• Send us the name(s) of the student(s) that you are supporting
• We can send you a list of the students from your designated area (indicate "your service area" on the form) that have been accepted and you can tell us which one(s) you will be funding
• We can select the student for you based on financial need, either from the entire list of students accepted or from your designated area
• You may provide partial scholarships, in $100 or $350 increments, to one or more students
