Request a Box

When scheduling your Box loan, we suggest you have a local health professional (“Ambassador”) visit your classroom along with this activity, to share with your students about his/her career in science.

If you are requesting a box, we ask that you:

First, check availability
Please have students complete short pre- and post-surveys.
Please complete teacher feedback surveys.
Please return all contents on the enclosed check-off sheet and notify Center for Rural Health personnel of any broken or missing parts.
Please share our In-A-Box program with your colleagues.
