Primary Care Week 2026: October 19 – 23

National Primary Care Week is an annual event held to highlight the importance of primary care and bring healthcare professionals together to discuss and learn about generalist and interdisciplinary healthcare, particularly its impact on and importance to underserved populations.

Every year the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences (UND SMHS) in Grand Forks celebrates Primary Care Week with events available in person and virtually. Dates may differ from the national celebration.
