Support CAH Quality Improvement Activities

• Maintain listserv – All CAHs subscribe
• Virtual Library – Facilitate the exchange of resources
• Individualized assistance to CAHs and delivery of core set of technical assistance
• Coordinate educational opportunities – apply for continuing education units (CEUs) when possible
• Coordinate/attend regional meetings

Support North Dakota CAHs with Medicare Conditions of Participation compliance

• Track and present on top North Dakota CAH survey deficiencies
• Weekly monitoring of CMS regulations and dissemination of information as appropriate
• Work collaboratively with the North Dakota Health and Human Services (HHS)

Manage the North Dakota CAH Quality Network

• Coordinators serve as liaison with partners and stakeholders – North Dakota HHS, QHA, Midwest QIO, NDHA, NDEMSA, and others
• Coordinate advisory and stakeholder committee meetings
• Maintain webpage and communication material
