Each year, champions of rural
healthcare are honored with awards at the Dakota
Conference on Rural Health. We are asking for
nominations for the following nine awards:
- Outstanding Rural Health Provider Award
- Outstanding Rural Health Professional Award
- Outstanding Rural Health Volunteer Award
- Outstanding Rural Educator/Mentor Award
- Emerging Rural Leader Award
- Rural Health Legislator of the Year Award
- Outstanding Rural Health Program Award
- Outstanding Rural Health Career Award
- Excellence in Community Engagement and Access
Submit Your Nominations
The deadline to submit nominations is February 27 at 5:00 pm Central.
Presentation of Awards
The Outstanding Rural Health Awards will be presented at the Dakota Conference on Rural Health on June 3, 2026, at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks, North Dakota, from 12:00 – 1:30 pm Central.
